Velocity Hire Cars Pty Ltd are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team!

Here at Velocity Hire Cars Pty Ltd we take pride in the service we provide to our customers, and the cleanliness and reliability of our fleet.

As the face of the company, you will be outstanding at implementing the smooth handover and return of our vehicles.

Key Duties:

Meet and greet rental customers

Ensure all customer paperwork is completed

Complete administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy

Communicate via telephone and email in a friendly and helpful manner

Assist customers with vehicle collection and return

Efficiently inspect vehicles for damage

Handle cash/ EFT transactions

Flexible with days and hours, including weekend work

Rental Car Manager experience (desirable)

Some light detailing and driving may be required at times

Skills & Requirements:

Retail and sales experience is a must

Experience with Microsoft Outlook is preferred

Rental Car Manager Experience would be beneficial but not essential

Hold a current Drivers Licence

Have a can-do attitude

Be motivated to boost the company to the next level

Have the ability to think on your feet
