About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive person to join our Maintenance Team.

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the Service Advisor role at Passmore Automotive is responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing the supply of materials and parts for the Workshop. This role ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while adhering to budget and schedule requirements.

About You

Strong attention to detail when interpreting parts diagrams and documentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with suppliers, co-workers, and

management.

Strong organisational skills to ensure accurate stock control and documentation.

Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to completing tasks effectively.

Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to adhering to safety guidelines.

Flexible and able to adjust to various tasks as assigned by supervisor

Mechanical experience is desired but not essential

Salary is negotiable upon experience
