Caravans WA require the services of a Service and Warranty Manager. Reporting to the Service Manager you will be required to handle warranty claims, working closely with Manufacturers and at Factory level. You must have high customer service skills and able to work with customers that require assistance with warranty claims. Good knowledge and computer skills are required and able to use the "Eclipse Software System" is a bonus but not essential as training is provided.
