The Opportunity

As an Educational Technologies Business Analyst, you’ll help shape the future of learning and teaching at UniSC. Working at the intersection of technology and education, you’ll explore emerging tools, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and develop smart, practical solutions that make a real difference to our digital learning environment, enhancing experiences for students and staff alike.

You will

  • help keep UniSC’s learning systems running smoothly while continuously looking for ways to improve and enhance the tools that support great teaching and learning;
  • explore, test, and lead the introduction of emerging educational technologies that align with UniSC’s evolving digital learning needs; and
  • work closely with staff, students, and partners to design smarter processes, systems, and change plans that lift the learning and teaching experience across the board.

About you

You’re confident leading projects and people, skilled at turning complex challenges into clear solutions, and comfortable juggling the detail without losing sight of the big picture. You know how to bring others on the journey, from shaping ideas and processes with stakeholders to delivering change that sticks. If you're keen to make a real impact on how learning happens at UniSC, we’d love to hear from you.

You will possess:

  • Experience using and supporting educational technologies (or similar systems), and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to improving systems and processes.
  • Experience planning and running projects, including understanding what users need and documenting the steps.
  • Confidence in delivering training and running workshops for different types of users.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with a wide range of people.
  • Experience with learning systems in a university setting is an advantage.
