The Role

This is a Business Analyst position focused on ongoing BAU enhancements within a core enterprise platform, working closely with a vendor and internal stakeholders. You will be key in bridging between business users and technical teams - facilitating effective communication, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth delivery of system improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to define and document requirements and create user stories
• Closely liaise with the PMO through the project life cycle
• Provide analysis to support configuration decisions and enhancements across enterprise platforms
• Facilitate workshops and conduct gap analysis to support continuous improvement
• Support testing activities, including developing automated test suites (ACCELQ), and performing unit, system, and post-implementation testing.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role within insurance or financial services
• Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Experience working with SaaS platforms in an Agile environment
• Solid understanding of data, workflows, and system configuration
• Exposure to SQL, Jira/Confluence, and automated testing tools is beneficial
