We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Transformation Team! Are you a talented Senior IT Business Analyst with a drive to deliver business improvements and initiatives. This role is responsible for capturing, documenting, analysing, implementation and support system changes, as well as maintaining the business analyst framework.

This is a full-time permanent contract located at our Coolangatta office. Hybrid opportunities available for the successful candidate!

The role:

• Ensure & outline requirements for user stories being solution focused in line with business requirements
• Design and build system testing test cases
• Establish traceability to original requirements/needs.
• Execute System Testing and Support User Acceptance Testing
• Effectively contribute to Release Management

About you:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role
• Proven expertise and success working on large scale system implementations from inception through to implementation in a fast-moving (and changing) environment, including one or more of ERPs, CRMs, Customer Management Systems
• Knowledge of the Aged and Disability Care environment within Australia
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management abilities
• High degree of drive, initiative, motivation, and outcome orientation
