Reporting to a visionary Director – Enterprise PMO, you’ll play a key role in the hands-on technical delivery of strategic initiatives that transform how our organisation works and delivers impact to the community. This role is ideal for a people-first leader who thrives on coaching teams, building capability, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders to bring system and process improvements to life. Showcasing your versatility, you will be able to lead from the front by seamlessly, and consistently, jumping into the technical detail.
What you’ll be doing:
Guide technical strategy and delivery
Provide strategic and technical oversight of business analysis across enterprise programs from ideation to post-implementation.
Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, define and translate complex business requirements into impactful system and process solutions.
Drive alignment to data governance, compliance, and digital transformation goals.
Lead and inspire
Manage, mentor and grow a team of Business Analysts.
Foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Champion best-practice business analysis and help shape a Business Analysis Office.
What we’re looking for:
Required
5+ years as a Business Analyst, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience leading and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
Proven ability to work on large-scale IT or digital transformation programs.
Strong capability in business process modelling, workshop facilitation and requirements gathering.
Advanced documentation skills — from user stories to functional specifications.
Experience in Agile, Lean, and customer-centred design approaches.
Desirable
CBAP, CCBA, CXA or similar certification.
Qualifications in IT, Business or related fields.
CRM experience across complex environments.
Exposure to organisational change management and human-centred design.
