About the role:

A WA-based manufacturing business is expanding into Queensland and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the charge locally. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company at a pivotal stage, with potential to step into a regional or area management role.

With a strong brand and newly established Brisbane warehouse, the business is now equipped to service QLD customers directly. The BDM will manage inbound enquiries while also driving new business across key sectors including dealerships, fleet operators, insurers, and smash repairers.

About You:

You’re a confident, self-motivated BDM who thrives in face-to-face environments and enjoys owning the full sales cycle... from first contact to long-term account management. You’ll manage the accounts you bring on, not hand them over, so relationship-building is key.

You don’t need to come from the automotive or transport industry - what matters is your ability to connect with people, ask the right questions, and close deals. You’re comfortable working autonomously, but also value regular support and feedback.

• Strong communicator with proven sales and negotiation skills
• Previous sales success or recognition is a must

You’ll work closely with the General Manager, with daily check-ins and regular strategy sessions. Your input will help shape the QLD market and play a role in future expansion.
