The Role:

As the Business Development Manager / Account Manager, you’ll manage over 100 existing clients to ensure their satisfaction with the service. You’ll also be on the hunt to win over new business and build your pipeline.

• Maintain positive working relationships with current clients and upsell in improvements for their existing services
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets, including new monthly revenue
• Identify and secure new B2B clients, converting them into a win
• Engage in contact with each client through site visits, networking events, and video calls
• Ensure an effective pipeline is maintained and logged accurately that provides precise forecasts
• Stay on top of the landscape of the industry, building your expertise

About You:

• 5 years of technology sales is a must, even someone with a Telco background is welcome to apply
• Drive sales, increase revenue and client satisfaction
• Ability to effectively communicate, meet deadlines, and have strong negotiation skills
• Relationship focused is essential, building trust with existing and new clients
• Good eye on opportunities to promote and upsell with current clients
