Purpose of the role
To amplify AVPartners’ national profile, transforming us from the industry’s “best-kept secret” into the first name in audio-visual solutions while spearheading the launch and ongoing growth of our new Installations Division. You will own an always-on marketing program that spans paid media, social, web, content and PR, turning strategy into integrated, data-driven campaigns that build brand equity and deliver a steady stream of qualified leads across all arms of the business.
Who are you
You’re strategic yet hands-on, thriving in fast-paced, green-field environment. A self-starter, you own projects end-to-end, create content that resonates, juggle multiple deadlines with ease and collaborate seamlessly with executives, installers and venue partners. Your knack for turning technical AV detail into compelling, benefit-led stories sets you apart.
What you’ll be doing
Content & Social - Own the content calendar; publish across LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
SEO & Reporting – Grow organic traffic via on-page optimisation, keyword-rich content and site performance tweaks, and turn ranking/traffic data into concise, actionable reports.
Paid Campaign Management – Own Google, social and YouTube advertising: plan and launch campaigns, manage budgets, track KPIs/ROI, and fine-tune creative and targeting to maximise return.
HubSpot/Email Marketing - Build and optimise email flows and campaigns.
Create & Manage - Media relations, press releases, influencer engagement, and PR opportunities, monthly newsletter, internal competitions
