Valeria Fashion Supplier Pty Ltd is a leading Australian fashion supplier, established in 2019 by JV Selection Pty Ltd with the aim of introducing fresh fashion concepts to the Australian market.

Targeting women aged 30 and above, our mission is to design and manufacture high-quality, stylish, and on-trend garments that are tailored for fit, comfort, and modern taste.

Since its inception, the company has grown into a well-known women's fashion wholesaler, primarily through the success of its signature brand, Valeria Label Both our seasonal collections and the Valeria Label brand have gained strong popularity in the market, establishing Valeria Fashion Supplier as a trusted name in the Australian fashion industry.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team

Skills or experience required for the position

The requirements for the position include a relevant qualification equivalent to Australian bachelor degree or higher, at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification, and a relevant experience of at least 3 years. Australian local experience in fashion industry is preferred.

Main duties to be performed:

1) Collecting information and conducting market research for the company's products; conducting research for business opportunities in New South Wales, and potential business opportunities in Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and other cities and towns of Australia.

2) Collecting information and conducting research for new products from our overseas suppliers.

3) Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to

support sales objectives of the company,

4) Advising management team and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of company's fashion products.

5) Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints.

6) Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences; interpreting and predicting current and future fashion trends, in Australia and international,

7) Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new fashion products and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information.

8) Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing products.

9) Liaising with customers, suppliers and relevant industry institutes and government agencies to ensure the company is well informed on changing market conditions and trends.

10) Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling and distribution channels.

11) Monitoring, collecting and analyzing the company's sales activities.

12) Making market plans to support the company business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.

13) Participating in developing the company's online searching and online

ordering system.

14) Reporting to the management team about major marketing and sales issues

arising and advising on solutions.

15) Training sales staff of the company.
