About the Role
We're on the lookout for a B2B Digital Marketer who thrives on creating compelling content that builds brand, drives engagement, and converts interest into opportunity.
This is a Part-time role with 2-3 days per week, based in our Maryville office with flexible hours and the ability to work from home as required, with 1 day per week in the office.
In this hands-on creative role where you'll:
- Develop and execute content strategies across B2B platforms—especially LinkedIn—plus Instagram, YouTube, and our website.
- Create and manage digital assets: Think short-form videos, podcasts, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, and more.
- Collaborate with agencies to manage content pipelines and SEO, ensuring our website is vibrant, current, and high-converting.
- Drive organic and paid lead generation across channels with content that speaks directly to tech professionals and hiring managers.
- Use AI tools (e.g. for content drafting, repurposing, social listening, or campaign analysis) to streamline marketing workflows and enhance creativity.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’ll give you creative license and the tools to bring your ideas to life!
You’ll Succeed If You Have:
- B2B content marketing experience, ideally in tech, recruitment, or a fast-paced services business.
- A strong understanding of Social Media Marketing - LinkedIn marketing, plus familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and WordPress.
- Experience producing or coordinating digital assets: visual, video, podcast, written.
- Comfort with organic and paid lead generation strategies.
- Great communication, a curious nature and willingness to learn about or business, clients and the markets we serve.
- Attention to detail, and a drive to contribute creatively.
- A portfolio or examples that demonstrate your impact.
Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, podcast coordination, or community engagement.
