We’re looking for a hands-on and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and bring our brand campaigns to life across digital and print platforms.

Working closely with our Brand & Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of brand, office, and agent marketing campaigns - across email, social media, website, CRM, print and more. You’ll be confident switching gears between strategy, coordination, content creation and campaign reporting. This is a role for someone who’s eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is happy to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

This is a dynamic role that supports our three offices across Mosman, Wahroonga and Gladesville. You'll spend time working from each location throughout the week, depending on campaign activity and team needs – so flexibility, adaptability and a proactive mindset are key. It's a great opportunity to work closely with different teams, experience the energy of multiple markets, and have real impact across the entire brand.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Brand Manager to execute brand campaigns and founder/agent marketing initiatives

Assist in the creation and rollout of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, website, print and paid advertising

Collaborate with the Brand Manager to strategise, plan and schedule media presence across all Pello channels

Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, email marketing and CRM communications

Maintain consistency of Pello’s brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms

Assist in the development of email marketing sequences and engagement initiatives

Develop and roll out multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, print, and paid advertising – from concept to execution

Own the day-to-day management of social platforms – including content planning, copywriting, designing assets in Canva/Adobe, scheduling, and community engagement

Plan and execute digital campaigns across paid social, email, and CRM – with a focus on performance, brand consistency, and audience engagement

Write compelling copy for email sequences, social content, and campaign assets – always tailored to channel and audience

Collaborate on creative ideas and campaign strategies that drive results and bring the brand to life

Assist with updates to website and app content as needed

Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in generating reports for internal stakeholders

Assist in planning and delivering local area marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, community events, activations and partnerships

Coordinate and execute the promotion of brand, office, and agent events – across both digital and in-person channels

Organise and action property, agent, and office PR initiatives, working closely with the Brand Manager and relevant stakeholders

Learn marketing operations and campaign management systems, becoming the go-to person for setup and execution

Support the team with ordering marketing and office collateral

Ensure all work aligns with and consistently follows Pello’s brand guidelines

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline – or equivalent hands-on experience

2-3 years' experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within property, lifestyle, or professional services

Strong project management and organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable working across multiple campaigns and priorities with tight deadlines

A proactive mindset and willingness to 'get your hands dirty' to get the job done—no task too big or small

Proficiency in CRM systems, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of digital marketing best practice, including email, social media and paid advertising

Familiarity with SEO principles and basic website content management

High attention to detail and the ability to shift easily between creative thinking and operational execution
