We’re on the lookout for a bold, creative, and high-energy Social Media Manager & Content Creator who’s obsessed with beauty trends, understands what makes content pop, and knows how to build community. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable in Canva or Adobe as they are uploading banners to Shopify, shooting TikToks, Instagram and Facebook and responding to followers with the perfect emoji.

About the Role

As our in-house Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you'll take full ownership of our social channels, drive brand engagement, and bring Lash V’s voice to life across platforms. From product launches and PR campaigns to influencer partnerships and reels that actually go viral, you’ll play a key role in growing our digital presence and global brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Growth

Manage and grow Lash V’s social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).

Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement globally.

Build and maintain a clear content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and trending moments.

Collaborate with our PR team on exciting influencer activations, press drops, and events.

2. Content Creation

Shoot, design, and edit original content including reels, stories, banners, tutorials, memes, and UGC-style content.

Design website banners - prefer you have indesign and Figma experience

Create and upload Shopify home page banners and graphics aligned with promotions and branding.

Write engaging captions, blog posts, and product launch copy that connects with both professionals and beauty enthusiasts.

Lead creative campaigns like giveaways, beauty challenges, product reveals, and seasonal promos.

3. Community Building

Engage daily with our audience—commenting, replying to DMs, reposting UGC, and encouraging loyal fans.

Build authentic relationships with beauty influencers, lash artists, makeup artists, and salon owners.

Monitor analytics to track growth, engagement, and ROI—then use that data to refine strategy.

4. Collaboration

Work with our marketing, design, and eCommerce teams to align social strategy with brand and business goals.

Stay ahead of beauty trends and constantly test new content formats, hashtags, and platform features.

Who You Are

A beauty lover with a deep knowledge of social trends, visual storytelling, and community vibes.

2+ years experience managing social accounts and creating content, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.

Skilled with Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), and/or video editing apps.

Confident using Shopify, especially for uploading homepage content and promotional graphics.

Strong copywriting, visual design, and creative campaign planning skills.

Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple content deadlines at once.
