Professionals Darwin are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

This is the ideal position for someone looking to come back into the office to work around school hours or 25 -38 hours per week

Main focus will be on Property Vacate reports, Property Entry reports & Routine Inspections including but not limited to some office time to co-inside with the report finalisation including Bond returns and any required RT0 notices.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management.

Real Estate Representative Certificate
A self starter that can lead and not wait for direction
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
Well-presented with good verbal skills
Proficient in administration and attention to detail
Very Strong Customer focus.
