Are you a confident, organised leader with a passion for driving results behind the scenes? We are seeking an Operations Manager to support and optimise the high-performing sales division across three offices in Queensland.

In this key role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Sales to lead daily operations and support a growing team of sales agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage approximately 20 sales agents, Contracts Administrators, and a Virtual Assistant
• Lead onboarding, system setup, and basic training for new sales agents
• Roll out new tech, platforms, and compliance changes across the sales team
• Drive ongoing sales process improvements and manage internal documentation (Agent Hub, workflows, Trello boards)
• Oversee lead allocation, data management, agent ledger tracking, and RiTA performance
• Coordinate team events including training sessions, quarterly breakfasts, and end-of-year celebrations
• Assist with recruitment of support roles and manage HR admin (licensing, CPD, key dates)
• Maintain smooth office operations across three sites, ensuring tech and supplies are up to date

• Experience in real estate operations, sales support, or team management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools, platforms, and process automation
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail
