About the role

As Neue Media enters an exciting phase of growth and transformation, we’re looking for a driven and creative Media & Communications Coordinator to help amplify our agency’s strategic vision and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting a passionate team of PR, advertising, social, and content specialists. You’ll play a vital role in delivering integrated, high-impact campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels—contributing to every stage from concept to completion.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate the creation, distribution, and optimisation of content across social media, websites, email campaigns, and more

Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for PR campaigns, blogs, social media, and advertising materials

Build and maintain tailored media lists that align with client campaign objectives

Schedule and optimise social media content across platforms and actively engage with online communities

Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage project timelines, feedback, and deliverables

Support planning and logistics for content shoots, including coordination of locations, talent, and schedules

Manage relationships with media partners, creative suppliers, and collaborators

Monitor campaign performance, placements, and budgets, and support regular reporting

Contribute original content to the Neue Media blog and newsletter, covering trends in media, property, lifestyle, and marketing

Maintain Neue Media’s digital presence, including website and social channels

Stay ahead of media and industry trends to proactively bring forward fresh ideas

Collaborate with designers to produce visually engaging, on-brand creative assets

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the broader marketing and communications team

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a media or communications coordination role, preferably within the marketing and advertising industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and strong attention to detail

Experience using social media tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Business Manager & Meta Ads Manager

Experience using website builders and CMS such as Squarespace or WordPress

Competence in analysing data and making insightful obervations and recommendations

A natural problem-solver with initiative, creativity, and attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with great organisational skills

A passion for marketing, communications, and brand building

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field preferred

Must have permanent right to work in Australia
