The Opportunity
As the Events Coordinator, you will lead the planning and delivery of private functions, club-hosted events, and special occasions. You’ll manage every detail from initial enquiry to post-event wrap up, ensuring every experience is smooth, memorable, and aligned with Sandhurst’s premium service standards.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with flexibility for weekends, evenings and special events.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate all aspects of events from enquiry to execution and payment
Collaborate with Culinary, Beverage, Member Services, and Marketing teams
Prepare accurate event documentation, including proposals and run sheets
Conduct venue tours and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Build strong relationships with members, clients, and suppliers
Ensure invoicing, deposits, and final payments are managed efficiently
Represent the Club at trade shows and networking events as required
What You’ll Bring
Event coordination or hospitality experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
Strong attention to detail and confidence using CRM/event systems
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
