It has also grown leaps and bounds and has established itself as the dominant food player in the international foods market. It is also one of the leading packaged food importers and distributor. It operates through various group entities in Australia.

The Role:

We're looking for a passionate AR/AP Officer to join on permanent full-time basis at our growing team in Dandenong South, VIC.

The role will include, but not limited to:

• End to end Group Debtor and Creditor Management, as required
• Debtor and Supplier Reconciliation
• Weekly Group Debtor Ageing Reports and regular follow ups for outstanding amounts with comments on Aged Balances
• Weekly AP payments proposal, checks and payment upload in bank
• Resolving Customer and Supplier account queries
• Customer Account Hold/Release for overdue accounts
• Bank Statements Reconciliation for all group entities
• Receipts and AP payments posting (Eft, Cash, Cheque, Credit cards)
• Customer and Supplier account creation and edit
• Ability to effectively liaise with Customers, Suppliers and other teams within the organisation
• Manage process and issue of Customer credit notes and Supplier claims
• Commbank BPAY Management
• Review, provide feedback on current processes and procedures
• Assisting with general ad hoc admin tasks

The Candidate

The ideal applicant will have the following skills,

• A minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a similar position
• Time, Debtor and Supplier Management Skill
• Ability to liaise across stakeholders, inclusive of Warehouse, Sales, Customers, Supply Chain and Suppliers
• Ideally experience and understanding of FMCG industry
• Experience and exposure with ERP platforms (Sage X3 or Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded, but not essential)
• Self-organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
