With strong leadership, proven capability, and a rock-solid reputation already in place, they’re now looking for a true sales hunter to lead the charge.
You’ll be the one driving product sales, opening doors, and building lasting client relationships. Long-term, you’ll have the opportunity to step into leadership, build out your own team, and truly leave your mark on the business.
This is a highly autonomous position — the business is not looking to micromanage. They’re looking for someone they can trust to bring industry knowledge, relationships, and a sharp commercial mindset to take them to the next level. You’ll have the flexibility to build your patch your way, backed by a leadership team that’s truly invested in your success. There’s an expectation that you’ll think big and they’ll back you to do exactly that.
As a Manager of Customer Relations and Business Developments your responsibilities will include:
Drive new product sales across key industrial sectors (infrastructure, manufacturing, mining, logistics, and more)
Build out a client base and revenue pipeline in line with the business’s product growth strategy
Work closely with senior leadership to shape the commercial roadmap
Take full ownership of the territory, clients, margins, and growth
Lay the foundation to build your own team beneath you

Salary Expectations:
$120k - $140k + Super + Car Allowance ($15k - with fuel card and toll pass) + uncapped commissions
