Marketing Specialist – Multicultural Strategy & Digital

Location: Sydney, NSW

Start Date: 1 August 2025

Experience Required: 2+ years’ experience in multicultural marketing, multicultural strategy and growing new business. Experience should also include international marketing and growing international markets such as India, China among other countries.

Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 pa

About the Role

We're looking for a digitally savvy, culturally fluent, and strategy-driven Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced, inclusive, and creative team. You’ll work across CALD-focused campaigns, combining client servicing excellence with multi-media knowledge and multicultural strategy. We're looking for someone with a strategic hybrid experience who understands client Australian and overseas client psychology, contributes to digital precision and cultural knowledge. This isn’t just an account servicing role; it’s for someone who brings deep strategic acumen, performance marketing skillsets, and CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) audiences campaign fluency. You will also be involved in new business development initiatives in both Australia and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end client servicing across digital, creative, and media projects

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver multicultural campaigns with measurable impact

· Interpret client briefs and co-develop data-driven strategies rooted in cultural knowledge

· Liaises with key stakeholders, media

· Maintain and grow key Australian and international accounts by building trusted, insight-led relationships

· Prepare post-campaign reports, recommendations, and presentations using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and CM360

· Juggle multiple timelines and deliverables with accuracy, calmness, and proactivity

· Contribute to media negotiations, budget optimisations, and value-add conversations

You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have

· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising and multicultural multi-media agencies

· Strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, CM360)

· Experience in CALD or cross-cultural campaigns, with real-world understanding of diverse communities

· A sharp, strategic mindset paired with organisational excellence

· Exceptional communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal

· Advanced Excel/analytics skills and experience preparing performance reports

· Experience working with brands in government, retail, finance, telecom, insurance, FMCG, health and lifestyle sectors

Bonus points for you

· Speak 2-3 languages

· Have worked on results-driven multicultural campaigns in Australia

· Have contributed to strategic marketing for new product launches or emerging brands

· Have graphic designing/creative presentation skills

· Excel at building long-term stakeholder relationships, resulting in repeat business, extended account tenure, and cross-functional collaboration

· Leverage a growing professional network across government, media, and brand stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and partnership opportunities
