Entirely Health Rockhampton has been proudly supporting the Central Queensland community for over 30 years. With thriving clinics in Rockhampton and Yeppoon, our dedicated team provides physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietetics, and occupational therapy to people of all ages and backgrounds.

We’re now looking for an experienced, caring, and proactive Senior Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. This permanent role will be based primarily in Rockhampton, with some support across our Yeppoon practice. If you’re passionate about people, enjoy variety, and love being part of a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

As the welcoming face of our clinics, you’ll be central to creating a warm, professional experience for our patients and ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your excellent organisational skills and approachable nature will help our team deliver exceptional care every day. There is potential for this role to grow into a full-time leadership opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors with genuine warmth and professionalism

Manage busy appointment schedules across multiple disciplines

Maintain patient records, process billing, and handle insurance claims

Respond promptly and helpfully to phone and email enquiries

Support clinicians to deliver outstanding care

About You

Previous experience in medical or healthcare reception and administration

Confident leadership skills with a positive, team-focused mindset

Strong knowledge of practice management systems (e.g., TM3, Nookal)

Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management abilities

Detail-oriented and highly organised
