Our Mediteranea inspired medispa is located in the heart of the Maroochydore. Comprising of 4 treatment rooms where we offer a range of cosmetic, skin & wellness services. Our treatment menu includes the following;

Cosmetic Injectables - Antiwrinkle, Dermal Fillers, Biostimulators, Bioremodelling injectables & PDO Threads.

Clinical skin treatments - Cutera Pico, IPL & Laser Genesis, Morpheus8 RF, HydraFacial, Light Therapy (LED) & Clinical peels + Prescription skincare

Spa - Signature iSClinical facials.

Your Role

In your role as Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for Clinic presentation, Appointment calendar, Inventory management, Patient experience and follow-ups.

As part of the FOH reception team, you will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to build ongoing client relations. Using your prior experience and knowledge, you will support the medical team, ensure we provide the highest quality experience to our patients.

You will be an ambassador for the Aesthete brand, ensuring outstanding five-star guest relations, operational excellence in service delivery, and driving and delivering brand standards.

Delivering superb quality service to customers and staff.

Managing clients' expectations from booking to rebooking.

Organise our team of doctors, nurses & therapists.

Keep on top of daily reporting and communications.

Run an efficient Appointment calendar & waitlist.

Ensure the presentation of the medispa meets the high standards.

Be accountable for stocktake duties.

Your skills and experience

As our Medical Receptionist, you will have the following abilities and experience:

Impeccable presentation and communication skills

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist, Spa / Clinical Manager (previous experience in a luxury spa - highly recommended)

The ability to build relationships and guest experiences epitomising elegance, style and sophistication

A desire to constantly grow and evolve as a professional

You ideally hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or higher Management Qualifications

You have experience with the spa booking systems (Timely)

You are a confident leader with previous experience managing and supporting a team of dedicated therapists, nurses & doctors

You will be as passionate about the Aesthete brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy

You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire others with your customer service focus

You are confident leading a team through challenges and developing their skills and knowledge

You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills

You are confident communicator and enjoys working cohesively and contributes to our incredible spa leadership team

You have skills in stock management, rostering, leadership, spa software, financial objectives, business management and other operational tasks.

You have proven skills in business growth and development

You have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated and passionate team.

You have a vibrant and visible leadership style

You have a natural flair in delivering outstanding customer service to a discerning cliental
