Fish Butchery Waterloo is seeking experienced and passionate Senior Chefs to join our dynamic team.

As part of the pioneering Josh Niland group, Fish Butchery sets a new benchmark in sustainable seafood by showcasing the full potential of every fish. We're looking for professionals who are excited to push boundaries, embrace craft, and work with the very best fish Australia has to offer.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute all aspects of fish preparation, butchery, and portioning with precision

Assist in crafting world-class fish charcuterie and retail items

Contribute to production of our unique, value-added products sold in-store

Provide outstanding customer service in the retail shop

Work in the kitchen during weekends as part of our food service offering

Who You Are:

A qualified chef with senior-level experience in high-quality kitchens

Passionate about sustainable seafood and nose-to-tail cookery

Detail-oriented with strong knife skills and a commitment to consistency

Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Available to work weekends
