We’re a small but ambitious consulting business supporting organisations—currently in the finance and systems space, particularly to improve their financial processes, implement new systems, and make smarter decisions with their data. We're looking for a Consulting Support Specialist to work directly alongside the lead consultant and help our clients succeed.

You’ll be key to handling day-to-day processing and implementation tasks, leaving space for high-level advisory work. This is an ideal role for someone who is methodical, resourceful, and comfortable working independently, yet wants to be part of something collaborative and values-led.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting client processing work (payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations)

Reviewing and cleaning financial data prior to system transitions

Testing new software and assisting with implementations

Assisting in reviewing software functionality and workflows

Potentially visiting client sites

Who This Is Great For

You’ve worked in finance, accounting, administration, or systems implementation—even if your experience isn’t traditional.

You pick up new software quickly (experience with Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, LightYear, Epicor, CIM, or TechOne is a bonus).

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and great at spotting what needs to be done.

You enjoy working from home and managing your own schedule.
