As we move into another growth phase a fantastic opportunity has become available for a superstar Business Development Manager (SA/TAS). The position will be predominately based from our facility in Devonport (Wesley Vale), with the requirement to travel to other Link Resource facilities and client sites regularly.

The Business Development Manager (SA/TAS) will be responsible for:

Client acquisition through lead generation and conversion

Revenue growth and sales execution

Industry networking and relationship building

Supporting strategic Sales and Marketing integration

CRM implementation and ongoing use for all acivity and quoting

ABOUT THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3-5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in training, education, or workforce development sectors.

A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and targets.

Strong administrative skills including the ability to use a CRM for quoting, record management and task management.

Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
