This is a unique opportunity to combine sales leadership with operational smarts, making a real impact across a growing national business. This role is Work from Home however significant travel is required.

About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Building strong commercial relationships with dealers, fleet operators, and FMO clients

Developing new business opportunities and revenue streams

Supporting branch teams to meet sales targets and deliver seamless customer experiences

Identifying and onboarding new regional fitting agents

Managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and customer reporting

Contributing to system and process improvements across the network

What You Bring

Proven experience in sales, business development, or regional account management

Solid understanding of vehicle accessories, light manufacturing, or fleet sales

Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Experience with CRMs, quoting systems, and sales reporting

Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, can-do attitude

A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
