What we’re looking for:

A chef with solid experience in high-volume or quality casual dining kitchens

Someone who works clean, stays calm under pressure, and leads by example

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passion for food and a genuine interest in seasonal cooking

The Role Includes:

Day-to-day food preparation and service across lunch and dinner

Maintaining a clean and organised section

Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure consistency and quality

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
