Grange Gully Bistro, nestled within the historic Petersham Bowling Club in Sydney's Inner West, is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a community-owned, pokie-free venue established in 1896, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in line with our seasonal menu, featuring a mix of club classics and contemporary fusion cuisine.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas to enhance our offerings.

Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment.

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences in a community-focused setting.
