📍 Location: Salisbury, SA
💼 Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

Two positions available:

8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Webster Services, a family-owned and operated disability support provider, is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Scheduler to join our dedicated and growing team. This is a key role that ensures our clients receive consistent, high-quality support from our caring team of support workers and cleaners.

🌟 About the Role

As our new Administrative Assistant / Scheduler, your day-to-day tasks will include:

Coordinate staff schedules and manage daily rostering needs

Liaise with clients, support workers, and management to manage and adjust bookings

Conduct new client onboarding meetings and ensure smooth intake processes

Complete and manage NDIS service agreements with accuracy and professionalism

Handle phone and email enquiries with a warm, professional approach

Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and client file management

Ensure a high standard of confidentiality and client care in all interactions

✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience in administration, scheduling, or rostering (ideally within the disability, community, or aged care sectors)

Confidence in conducting client meetings and managing intake processes

Familiarity with NDIS requirements and service agreements (or willingness to learn)

Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling software (e.g. Lumary, Salesforce, Visual Care – desirable but not essential)

Positive, team-oriented, and committed to client-focused service delivery

📋 Requirements

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current Driver’s Licence
