A highly regarded and growing South Australian business in the building inspection industry is seeking a motivated Scheduling Administrator to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring their team of inspectors is in the right place at the right time by coordinating daily schedules and delivering an efficient, professional service to clients across the state.

Initially based in the eastern suburbs, the team will relocate to a newly refurbished Hindmarch Office later in the year. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Schedule and coordinate inspections primarily for building clients
  • Communicate with builders, inspectors and other stakeholders effectively
  • Solve scheduling disputes in a timely manner
  • Optimise daily runs
  • Process invoices for completed jobs
  • Prepare quotes and Certificates of Completion
  • Prepare monthly client reports
  • Ensure efficient operation and cross-team schedules by working collaboratively
  • Provide real-time job reporting to management

Skills & Experience:

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar scheduling administration role. You'll bring a positive, go-getter attitude with a vibrant, friendly demeanour. Your excellent communication and phone manners will ensure you stand out, with every interaction leaving a positive impression on clients.

  • Experienced in scheduling or coordination role (property or construction preferred)
  • Strong organisational, time management and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Confident communicator with internal teams and external clients
  • Tech-savvy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a valid police check
