Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the processing of funding applications and payments.
Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and event coordination.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance and respond to queries.
Support policy implementation and contribute to internal process improvements.
Prepare materials for meetings and briefings, including minute-taking and logistics.
About You:
Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail.
High-level communication and organisational skills.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document formatting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in government programs, construction/infrastructure, or education-related fields is an advantage.
You should be someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support meaningful projects and values precision, teamwork, and service. You will make a difference to the business and be integral in supporting the admin operations.
