Someone that strikes fear into the heart of unreconciled bank accounts. That general expenses have no match for. Spreadsheets quiver at the mention of your name. Someone that can automate the crap out of Xero to drive more time for the 'fun' side of bookkeeping.

We are looking for a person that’s know their debits from their credits, their accounts receivables from their accounts payable, and their PAYGI from their PAYGW.

Have out of this world communication skills and are super-efficient at what you do

5+ years ideally, however if you have more, that's always a bonus.

Are used to juggling a few different tasks for a few different people at the same time.

Love working with people and understand how to get the most of out of a team environment

Are a keen teacher and love to get your hands dirty diving deep into concepts with a developing team

Love a good to-do list - especially when ticking off within a day happens

Are great with technology - everything we do here is in the “cloud” which means you will be using multiple pieces of software a day.

Pride yourself on your kick-ass personality.

Bonus points if you have experience bookkeeping for business that are in the e-commerce space (read inventory management, payments gateways & multi currency)

Sprinting through payroll puzzles like a detective on a mission, solving every case with a high-five!

Having amazing conversations with our clients as you work to ensure our services are delivering on their personal & business goals

Rocking the bank recs like a DJ mixing beats, syncing every transaction to the rhythm of the accounts.

Crafting bank payments for our clients with the precision of a master chef, serving up financial feasts.

Mastering bookkeeping gadgets like Xero, ClickUp, Dext, A2X, and more, like a tech wizard waving a magic wand.

Coaching our junior squad with the wisdom of a sage, nurturing their skills.

Designing month-end magic, tailoring processes that fit like a glove, sleek and smooth.

Jamming with the wider team, collaborating like a band on tour, solving the unsolvable together.

We have a pretty slick working space in Mornington. No matter the space, it’s all about empowering a productive working environment and we’re here to support our team through each step! Whilst the majority or our team are based locally, we have lived the hybrid work environment since inception, as well as having a handful of team members working remotely around the place.
