Sheen Panel Service is one of Australia’s leading panel repair networks, and we’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Head Office team in Burnley. You’ll be part of a friendly finance department, working alongside a Senior Bookkeeper and contributing to the financial operations of a business that’s been family-owned and proudly Australian for over 50 years.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering $75k–$85k (depending on experience), based onsite at our Burnley Head Office. You'll enjoy the best of both worlds – the structure and stability of a large business, with the hands-on variety and close-knit team environment that Sheen is known for.

As part of the finance team, you'll be responsible for MYOB bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, reconciliations, and more. You’ll play a critical role in keeping things running smoothly across multiple sites.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing MYOB bookkeeping across various entities

Payroll processing, including super and EOFY tasks

Handling BAS, IAS, PAYG and other ATO compliance

Accounts payable/receivable, banking, and credit card reconciliations

Factoring, profit-share, and personal company reconciliations

Month-end journals, closing stock adjustments, and reporting

Covering other finance team duties as needed

What we’re looking for:

Experience in a similar bookkeeping role

Advanced MYOB skills

Confidence with ATO compliance, payroll, and reconciliations

Solid Excel knowledge (intermediate to advanced)

Strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management

Clear communication and a team-focused mindset

Willingness to provide a current police check
