This is a dual role that combines core bookkeeping responsibilities with credit control duties. You’ll be working closely with the Managing Director and operations team to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and effective debtor management.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
Daily, weekly and monthly bookkeeping duties in Xero
Bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable
Managing and following up on outstanding invoices
Generating aged receivables reports and issuing statements
Supporting payroll preparation and superannuation lodgements
Assisting with BAS preparation and lodgement
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams as required
Financial reporting support for management
