The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Senior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work closely with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality bookkeeping and advisory services. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' financial records are accurate and up-to-date, contributing to their operational success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients across various industries

Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS statements

Process payroll, including superannuation and entitlements

AR, AP

Preparation and analysis of management reports

Assist in the implementation and review of accounting systems

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards

About You

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher qualification

Minimum of 5 years' experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a practice environment

Proficient in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks

Strong understanding of Australian taxation and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
