Currently, they're looking for a driven and passionate junior property manager to join their ranks, they are open to experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Management team in the management of a tidy portfolio
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests
• Conduct thorough inspections (ingoing, outgoing, routine)
• Ensure rent collection and minimize arrears
• Maintain proactive communication with tenants
• Collaborate closely with property management and leasing teams

Ideal Candidate:

• MUST hold a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Prior experience in real estate is advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• A willingness to learn & desire to progress your career in Real Estate
