This successful agency, boasts 3 offices across the East & South-East city fringe. An independently owned Real Estate group they have chic branding, leading technology and great management who support and progress careers.

Working in an ‘investor-dominant’ area and with 9 Sales Executives constantly transacting there are a plethora of untapped leads that could be captured – hence the opportunity arising for a BDM

Your Duties

Responsible for increasing the property management rent-roll, day to day tasks will include:

• Prospecting for new business through networking – potential landlords, developers, internally with the Sales Team, past appraisals, current landlords etc
• Develop and cultivate strong referrer partners with trades contacts, local shops, accountants, mortgage brokers, onsite supervisors
• Take advantage of a substantial office database
• Attending homes and conducting rental appraisals
• Signing up new Landlords
• Writing property descriptions and getting properties advertised
• Arrange and undertake Open Homes
• Check applications, draft Leases and complete ingoing inspections

Specific requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop new business or prospect
• A current Certificate of Registration or License
• Solid work ethic and be a team-player
• A car and drivers license
