What will you be doing in this role:

Purely Monday – Friday, in this role you will have support with compliance, trust accounts, new business, administration and leasing, which means these tasks for your portfolio will be taken care of by the team.

• Manage a portfolio of 120 properties
• Arrears management
• Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Prepare and issue inspection reports
• Repairs and maintenance
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• NCAT preparation and attendance
• Bond and insurance claims
• Onboard new tenants and managements
• PropertyMe, FLK it Over

The right candidate will have:

• Experience managing a residential portfolio
• A valid drivers license and reliable car
• A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Confident communication skills
• Knowledge of the residential tenancies act
• Highly customer service focused
• Tech savvy with the ability to operate in a paperless office
• Must be available to work full time hours Monday to Friday
