About the role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Property Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and sustaining long-standing client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
The role:
- Manage a clean and tidy portfolio
- Huge amount of field services support
- All properties located around the office
- KPI Bonus structure
- No trust accounting
- Work closely with the BDM

About You
- Minimum 2 year Property Management experience
- Current Real Estate Licence
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Valid Agents Representative certificate QLD
- Impeccable Presentation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong Communication skills
