The Role
As we grow, we are always looking for ways we can do things better. As such, we are now seeking a Business Improvement Manager to join our Operations Excellence team. Leading the Business Improvement team, and working closely with the Head of Operations Excellence, you will partner with key players across the organisation to deliver a range of improvement initiatives. You will thrive in this transformative role, championing a culture of continuous improvement and drawing stakeholders together towards shared goals.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in delivering improvement initiatives, with related change management
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology that will drive performance and productivity enhancements.
Keen interest in evolving technology for business improvement
Effective decision-making and planning skills
Top stakeholder engagement skills with general business acumen
Demonstrated ability to balance high-level strategic insight with precise attention to detail in handling diverse priorities
Ability to connect the dots, spot opportunities, and turn challenges into smart, workable solutions that make a real difference
