About the Role
Banjo’s Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing our digital marketing strategy and expanding brand reach by driving our digital strategy. From day 1 you will be a crucial part of the team during an exciting period of growth.
We’re after a customer obsessed marketing professional with a passion for data and insights. You will have the ability to use data to tell a story, while partnering with inter-departmental teams to create targeted campaigns based on customer insights and behaviours. You will possess a blend of technical and creative skills to devise and implement effective digital marketing campaigns which drive sales and brand awareness.
You will possess the experience to develop and manage digital marketing platforms to support business objectives, lead acquisition, customer retention and business development.
You will develop fully integrated digital strategies including but not limited to website, customer loyalty, Franchisee recruitment, B2B, EDM’s, Social, SEO/SEM and content to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
About You
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with high expertise in EDM, Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest, Paid advertising campaigns and SEO
• 5+ years of experience in online sales B2B & B2C
• 5+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing and executing successful brand partnerships
• Proven track record online sales growth, ATV, transactions
• Proven experience negotiating deals and managing strategic partnerships
• Knowledge on traditional print media (package inserts, direct mail, shared mail, catalogue & blow-in inserts, and gift cards)
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is desirable
• Experience in a QSR, retail, commercial or FMCG industry is desirable
• Knowledge of Behavioural Science and Consumer Psychology is highly desirable
