The Role

As our Key Account Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub for our Department of Defence (DoD) account. You’ll partner across Service, Installation, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to ensure mission-critical equipment is staged, installed and maintained seamlessly across defence bases nationwide.

What You’ll Do

Project Coordination: Own end-to-end operational delivery for DoD projects—tracking milestones and dependencies in HubSpot/NetSuite.

Process Improvement: Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and lead implementation of efficiency gains.

Cross-Functional Liaison: Schedule and stage equipment with internal teams; collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure inventory accuracy.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular updates and build strong relationships with DoD contacts (PMs, PTIs, logistics officers).

Issue Management: Triage and escalate high-impact issues within 4 hours; drive timely remediation.

Reporting: Produce weekly dashboards on delivery performance, uptime, open issues—and lead post-project reviews.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ experience in B2B project coordination or operations (Defence/government sector experience highly regarded)

Proficiency with ERP and project tools (NetSuite, MS Project, HubSpot or similar)

Proven track record of process mapping, risk-flagging and continuous improvement

Exceptional stakeholder-management skills; strong communicator at all levels

Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented
