About The Role

This is a rare opportunity to lead business development across a key Queensland territory, with a focus on growing industrial and mining market segments. In this client-facing, solutions-focused role, you'll drive technical sales, open new accounts, and foster long-term partnerships by delivering expert advice and tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing and expanding a portfolio of industrial clients across Brisbane and surrounding regions

Providing technical sales support and advice across rotating equipment and bearing applications

Identifying opportunities to upsell or introduce adjacent product lines and services

Securing new business through proactive prospecting and in-field client engagement

Delivering product presentations, site visits, and training sessions

Working closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver value-led solutions

About You

You’re driven, technically confident, and passionate about working with clients to solve complex equipment and reliability challenges. You thrive on ownership and accountability and have a natural ability to build trust across a wide range of stakeholders, with demonstrated experience selling to the Australian Market.

Additionally, you will bring:

Previous experience in technical sales or engineering roles within mechanical or industrial environments

Familiarity with rotating equipment, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, or turbines (highly desirable)

A customer-first approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills – CRM, pipeline management and territory planning come naturally

Full Australian driver's licence, and a willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally

Salary & Benefits

$90,000 to $110,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commissions
