We are excited to be exclusively recruiting for our new Fire Services Client in Brisbane who is going through a growth phase within Contract Management for Fire Services across multiple maintenance sites in Brisbane Central. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor who’s ready to hit the ground running. You will be working directly with major property portfolios and internal stakeholders, so you need to be confident, proactive, and capable of operating independently—with support from the Director when required.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and autonomy. One day you might be reviewing technical documentation within fire compliance / audit, the next you could be on-site assessing systems or coordinating mulitple sub-contractors. If you are a natural communicator who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems, you will love this career position to have the ability to grow with this organisation.

About You

Must have experience in Fire in managing and coordinate on-road technicians and sub-contractors by preparing job schedules, Managing fire contractors and managers across large-scale property portfolios.

Coordination of inspection and testing of essential fire measures

Responding to customer service calls and technician allocation

Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and guidelines to ensure that client orders, installation or routine activities are completed in a timely manner.

Reviewing and providing feedback on fire-related documentation and reports

Good report writing in compliance and ability to review or trained in this area to review audit documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Able to work independently and take initiative.

Willing to travel to sites across Brisbane and surrounding areas and be site based at various client side contracts across Brisbane.

Detailed knowledge and understanding of Australian standards, NCC and local codes
