Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across two commercial sites
• Oversee both hard and soft services to ensure optimal building performance
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor works
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Manage service providers and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

• Prior experience in facilities management across commercial sites
• Strong knowledge of hard & soft services, compliance, and contractor management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
