POD Printing & Machine Operation

Lead day-to-day print-on-demand (POD) production using DTG and DTF printing equipment.

Ensure all machines are operated, cleaned, and maintained regularly by the team

Troubleshoot printing or tech issues and keep production running smoothly.

Work closely with the design, warehouse, and CX teams to keep jobs on track and meet deadlines.

Create and maintain clear processes for printing, maintenance, and quality control.

Team & Workflow Coordination

Hire, train, and support new warehouse staff.

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, holding the team accountable for performance and deadlines.

Ensure all jobs remain on schedule through active coordination between the warehouse, production, and CX teams.

Communicate clearly and proactively with internal departments to align priorities and manage expectations.

Inventory & Procurement

Monitor and manage inventory of blanks, consumables, and production materials.

Place timely orders with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels without overordering.

Liaise with vendors and logistics partners to track deliveries and resolve supply chain issues.

Shipping & Fulfillment Oversight

Coordinate shipping schedules, ensuring timely dispatch of all completed orders.

Collaborate with the CX team to resolve client and customer shipping-related enquiries.

Admin & Reporting

Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation with accuracy.

Provide clear daily and weekly reporting on warehouse output, stock levels, and delivery status.

Support the finance team with documentation and reporting related to warehouse and production spend.

What We’re Looking For

Must have experience in DTG and apparel printing.

Hands-on knowledge of apparel printing machines and equipment maintenance.

Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

A ‘solutions-focused’ mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
