About the role:
We are looking for an energetic adminstrator to join our operations team and support our expanding fundraising teams across Australia and New Zealand. Previous administration experience is ideal however, training and coaching is available!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Source and coordinate fundrasing locations for our events teams

Accurate record keeping and cost tracking

Issuing and ordering stock and materials

Reporting and strategically planning team movements

Assisting the operations management team

Administration support for our fundraising teams

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be a confident, motivated individual with a strong worth ethic and eager to learn. This role is suited to someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised and thrives in a structured environment. The person must be able to work as part of the team and autonomously. Having effective time management and organisational skills to source and book high quality fundraising locations for our teams. If you're new to adminstration, that's ok, training and development is also provided.

Ability to schedule and plan effectively

Have great computer skills (Microsoft office)

Strong email and phone communication

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Patience and a willingness to learn

Fantastic time management and prioritising skills
