Admin Coordinator - Operations and Finance role is required for a based family company that specialises in site services for shop and office builders. Using Xero and Google Business, your duties will include:
Liaise with Work Generation team to set up contracted projects and jobs
Communicate with customers to organise projects and jobs and respond to needs / requests as required
Manage subcontractors to ensure their systems enable the provision of resources that meet our customer project need
Ensure system data integrity for job data collection and reporting to ensure optimal data transfer into finance team for invoicing
Assist Accounts & Finance team with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Participate in development of internal field software program
Ready for immediate start.
