Our dental practice is expanding! We are looking for a highly organised and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask. This position is a critical role in our practice.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome upon arrival
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
Verify patient information and update records in the practice management software
Process Health Funds and payments
Perform tasks, such as filing, data entry, and stock ordering
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Good computer skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in using computers for scheduling and record-keeping
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
